Since qualifying as a chartered accountant I have been involved in more than 100 companies ranging from commercial, industrial, retail and residential real estate, to financial services, estate agencies, medical practitioners and hospital groups, real estate developments, farming operations and information technology support services.

Our Property Projects
Having operated in the world of commercial, industrial, retail and residential property development and asset management, we focus on advising clients from a development management perspective on their property portfolio. Robert van Rensburg has been involved as board member on more than 100 property companies ranging from small to billion rand groups.

Some exciting past projects include being with the Omnigro Group of Companies, Intercare Sub Acute Hospital, assisting the owners of the Oudekraal development and currently advising a leading bank in South Africa on a property development.

Our clients include both local as well as foreign owners, where we act as local representative for these foreign shareholders.
Somerset Lakes Lifestyle Estate
Being part of the development management team for the past 8 years we have successfully developed 400 residential units, built a state of the art clubhouse facility, created a security estate with various lifestyle amenities, and have a Reddam school on site. There is still a commercial opportunity for 24 000m2 which you can contact us about.

Kommetjie Vineyard Estate
This security estate on the slopes at Kommetjie in Cape Town is being managed by JBB Developments, and will see in excess of 400 residential units being built, complimented by a commercial node with direct access from the estate.

Our client required a back office and administration solution which we were able to provide in setting up the initial company and shareholding structures. We still continue to provide the day to day accounting, compliance financial management support.
